Following in his fathers footsteps, Stuart Carroll dedicated his life to butchering. Since 1972, Stuart Carroll Quality Meats has been selling nothing but the finest meats and prepared foods to their customers. Our philosophy has always remained the same. Our Meats
Todays consumer is now not only concerned about the quality and cost of food, but how it got on their plate.
Stuart Carroll himself has travelled to PEI to meet the farmers and see first hand the cattle he is buying and their surroundings. The fact that these animals are free to graze in the salty ocean breeze of the Maritimes and where they are always given access to fresh air and uncrowded conditions results in amazing flavor. All of our beef is then aged for a minimum of 28 days to ensure perfection.
