Over 25 years ago, Stuart Carroll decided that the people of Thornhill needed a food store where quality and service came first. We still firmly believe this stands true.
Starting with our beef, every piece is hand selected and then aged for a minimum of 28 days. Whether it’s a “AAA Angus” New York Striploin or our extra lean ground beef, we demand perfection.
The same passion for perfection is seen in our fresh Ontario pork, veal, the finest Ontario lamb and air-chilled, farm fresh chicken.
We work daily with our suppliers and have developed long-standing relationships with them to ensure our stringent standards are maintained.
We are now a proud member of "Homegrown Ontario".
We are pleased to offer our customers the opportunity to have their meat custom cut to their specifications and packaged accordingly.
We also offer vacuum packaging at no additional cost.
